A 5-session study and reflection, on Sundays in Lent, examining the elements of a Rule of Life, helping you to draft and write your own personal rule of life for your spiritual journey.
From Ignatius to Benedict to Francis, rules of life have been crucial to ordering one’s spiritual life. Study the elements of different rules of life and create or adapt one for yourself as we prepare ourselves for the celebration of the Resurrection of Jesus.
This year, join us each Sunday for our Lenten Study as we prepare ourselves for Easter.
We begin our study.

Join us on a snowy, cold winter day in February as we travel to Sutton in the Eastern Townships. Onboard the bus you’ll enjoy a bagged lunch prepared for you while we travel to visit the Mountain View Farm in Sutton and go on a sleigh ride. We’ll warm up with some hot chocolate and visit with the animals on the petting farm before we board the bus again and travel to Canon Linda and Martin Taylor’s home in Sutton for Evening Prayer followed by supper. It will be an afternoon and evening of fellowship as we enjoy the treats of winter in Québec.
Make it a day with friends and family (children welcome) and building community as we have a fun day out of Montreal together! Take in the country scenery as we travel through Québec and see the picturesque landscapes of winter in the Eastern Townships.
